We are a division of Nicholas Seafood Traders based at the Sydney Fish Market.

We deliver everywhere within the Sydney metropolitan area & surrounding suburbs for orders of $200 or more. Please send us an email to orders@nicholascatering.com.au with any questions.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.​

An order may be cancelled or changed with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the delivery date. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the delivery date will be charged 50% of the invoice. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the invoice.

All orders come with all the necessary condiments for a beautiful seafood experience, including lemons, moist towelettes, gourmet sea salt & cracked pepper, house made sauces and mignonettes.

We deliver from 9am to 5pm.

We deliver 7 days a week.

We have a standard $20 for Sydney metropolitan areas

Your seafood will be packed with an abundance of a non-leak dry ice that will keep things cold for 8 hours.

Yes, we have a 20% surcharge for all orders on Australian public holidays.
