Kingfish Ceviche


Freshly filleted Southern Australian Kingfish, trimmed, finely sliced and served with our house made Vietnamese style sauce. Fresh ginger, citrus, garlic & eschallots infuse beautifully with the select ingredients to create this stunning summer dish.

A perfect platter for 6-8 people.

(sauce is presented on the side and is to be poured over the kingfish prior to serving).
